THE STORY
Founded in August 2019, in Bucerias, Nayarit, Khali Canem is the dream come true of a fresh and brilliant Vet, just finishing the university in Guadalajara, México., Samantha Quintero.
Samantha studied in the University of Guadalajara to become a Veterinary, and during this time, she had the chance to work in different clinics and have practices with different species. She discovers that she wanted to work with domestic animals, in specific, with dogs and cats.
In August 2019, she had the offering of managing a Clinic, and more than that, the privilege to be the proprietary. With excitement and expectations, she and her family open the Terralta Veterinary Clinic to the public, and just a month after, Terralta Veterinary Clinic changes name on September 12, 2019, to KHALI CANEM
KHALI CANEM is committed to making a positive impact for pets, people and our community. We care about the communities we serve and every pet within them, not just those we see in our clinic.
The professionalism and good service made the list of clients to grow, even we were starting the Covid nightmare. In February 2020, the government of US and Canada sent letters to their citizens to return to their countries, and almost everything was closed. That affected the clinic, because most of the costumers were foreigners, and even the clinic continued open for more months, it had to close in November 2020.
The dream was not over, and now, in December 2024, Samantha and her couple Luis have the new opportunity to continue the dream, with more experience that she acquired working in USA, and the same RESPECT, LOVE and CARE for the pets.
